Membership/Refunds

The HERMITAGE HUB is a monthly or annual membership site. Depending upon the membership plan you choose, you will be automatically charged a monthly or annual membership fee until you unsubscribe. Members are responsible for managing their own account. You cannot cancel your membership via the website contact form, by email or by text message. If you want to stop having access to the HERMITAGE HUB, log in, click on your name, then click on 'My Profile' in the pop-up window and 'Cancel Subscription'.

No refunds are offered if members forget or did not realise they were subscribed or on unused proportions of any given month. So if, for example, you are charged on the first day of the month or year and then decide to cancel your membership before the end of the month or year, no partial refunds on the unused days is available. You are however still able to have full access to the HERMITAGE HUB until the end of your payment period. If you are on the annual membership plan, we recommend putting a reminder in your calendar a few days before the end of your first year - so you can decide if you want to continue as a member for another year. Once charged, no refunds.

Access to the Private Telegram Group and the Live Webinars in the HERMITAGE HUB are conditional upon good behaviour, in the form of politeness and respect to others. Richard Abbot reserves the right to remove members who post spam, inappropriately promote either their own work or the work of others, discriminate towards and/or abuse any other member, or act in a way that makes other members feel uncomfortable. In the event of the removal of access to those facilities the other resources of the HERMITAGE HUB will remain temporarily accessible. In the event of repeated violations and/or complaints from other members Richard Abbot reserves the right to revoke access to the HERMITAGE HUB entirely. It will then be the responsibility of the user to then cancel their own payments. In such circumstances no refunds will be provided. In these matters the decision of Richard Abbot will be final.

Some of Richard's consultations are done online using video call platforms such as Zoom or Skype.  Please do not book unless you are willing and able to meet Richard using this method.

All appointments with Richard Abbot involve payments for his time. No particular outcomes or results are promised and no refunds will be issued.

When Richard agrees to mentor a client he commits to the full package and will work with you to ensure all of your sessions take place within a reasonable period of time.  No refunds (including partial refunds) are available for unused sessions if you change your mind, life gets busy, you decide you don't want to use Skype or Zoom, or you decide you do not want to continue with your mentorship for any other reason. It is in your best interest to finish the sessions that you begin - so Richard does not encourage quitting before your work with him is complete.  Consultations and mentorship programmes must be completed within 12 months of purchase date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the previously arranged date and time may be charged. This applies to all consultations, readings, workshops, courses, retreats and aspects of the mentorship programme.

In the event of your failure to attend a previously arranged appointment, whether it be for mentorship, a reading or a consultation, no refund will be available. The missed appointment will not be rescheduled but you will be free to book, and pay for, a new appointment. It will be at the sole discretion of Richard Abbot whether to waive the payment for that second appointment or not.
